The traditional features of this stone cottage, low ceilings and exposed timber beams, provide character and charm to the property. Unfortunately these have compromised over the years with several low quality additions and renovations.

Our proposals seek to reinstate some of the traditional features whilst providing much needed living space with a contemporary extension.
